The temperatures here are soaring and I’ve been at the computer so much that my eyes are blurred, so a Cold Brew Coffee Cafe Au Lait is in order. If you don’t think that writing, blogging or freelancing is hard work, think again! Writing is a creative process that the author pours her (or his) heart and soul into and can be left feeling drained, lifeless, sapped of all energy, and in need of a pick me up. But I digress.
As for this Cafe Au Lait recipe, it is straightforward and does not contain any sugar of any kind. Please feel free to add a sweetener of your choice if you prefer a sweet coffee treat.
Also, the ratio used in this recipe is one part Cold Brew to two parts water since our Cold Brew is on the strong side. You may adjust the measures according to personal taste.
