Summer is officially in full swing and when the temperatures are blistering and you’re up to your eyeballs in work, sometimes you just need a Cold Brew coffee to get you through the day!

Click here for our Cold Brew How-To and in less than twenty-four hours, you can have delicious Cold Brew of your own.

The temperatures here are soaring and I’ve been at the computer so much that my eyes are blurred, so a Cold Brew Coffee Cafe Au Lait is in order. If you don’t think that writing, blogging or freelancing is hard work, think again! Writing is a creative process that the author pours her (or his) heart and soul into and  can be left feeling drained, lifeless, sapped  of all energy, and in need of a pick me up.  But I digress.

As for this  Cafe Au Lait recipe, it is straightforward and does not contain any sugar of any kind. Please feel free to add a sweetener of your choice if you prefer a sweet coffee treat.

Also, the ratio used in this recipe is one part Cold Brew to two parts water since our Cold Brew is on the strong side. You may adjust the measures according to personal taste.

  1. I’m not really a coffee drinker but sometimes I’ll drink a cup. This looks so good. I like the idea of doing a cold brew coffee. Maybe i’ll give this a try, especially on a hot day. I’ll let you know how it was.

  2. I still haven’t tried cold brew. This looks real simple. Makes me miss coffee. Baby comes soonish, then i can have it again (or at least a little).
